RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed on shoplovepet.com operated by Lovepet.
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Free Return Shipping
All eligible returns include free return shipping. Customers will not be charged for returning items.
3. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. Returned products are refunded at their full eligible value.
4. Final Sale Items
We do not sell any “final sale” items. All products are eligible for return within the 14-day return period, unless otherwise required by law (e.g., hygiene or safety restrictions where applicable).
5. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
